Our Studio is located one block from the famous Dr. Internacional in Orlando City. In the center of everything!!Universal Studio area. - University studio 8 minutes by car. -Disney park's 10 to 15 minutes by car. - Airport 15 minutes by car. -Seaworld Park's 10 minutes drive.

Larissa... Thank you! You allowed me to be in two places at once. Being able to rent both places and be close to not only the parks, but Arnold Palmer was a blessing. I had a blast in Florida home away from home 😍 great location walking distance from everything. Especially universal Studios! easy access to the place. Patio was a sight to see! Looks just like the pictures. Larissa was great with the communication! I will definitely rent it again! 😍

Larissa’s place was warm, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect, and my son and I especially loved relaxing on the patio with a beautiful view of the pool and the Icon Park rides in the distance. Larissa was very responsive and kind, and as a single mother traveling with my child, I truly appreciated the sense of safety as entry to the room required a secure access code. The environment was peaceful, calm, and conveniently located near everything we needed. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Orlando.

This place is perfect and very comfortable for two people! It is extremely close to Universal Studios and about 15 minutes away from Seaworld. The rental unit sits in a hotel/condo complex and it is in a very safe area with lots to do within walking distance. The unit is very clean and newly renovated with a wonderful walk-in shower. There is also a small closet space for extra clothes. Overall, it is very worth it!

EVERYTHING PERFECT! Perfect location, beautiful view! Super clean, comfortable, utensils, everything new and high quality! Larissa was an excellent host! Very present, agile and polite, I will definitely come back here on my next stay in Orlando!
